I have a super picky scalp, so I’m always nervous trying new hair products because some leave me itchy or with that tight, dry feeling right after I wash. I ordered a few Kristin Ess products from kristinesshair.com, and so far they’ve been surprisingly comfortable. I even asked support a quick question before using them, and they basically said something like, “start slow and see how your scalp reacts,” which was actually helpful.

After using it, my hair still feels clean, but my scalp doesn’t feel irritated or angry, which is all I really wanted. No burning, no weird dryness, just a much calmer wash day. I’m really happy with it, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me
